Até o dia 15 de fevereiro todas as doses para a vacinação de crianças entre cinco e 11 anos de idade serão distribuídas. A informação foi dada pelo ministro da Saúde , Marcelo Queiroga, em conversa com jornalistas na manhã desta segunda-feira (7). "Estamos trabalhando fortemente para antecipar as doses infantis para que os pais exerçam o direito de vacinar seus filhos”, afirmou o ministro.

No Brasil, onde 20 milhões de crianças que podem receber o imunizante, a Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária ( Anvisa) autorizou vacinas pediátricas da Pfizer e a CoronaVac, que devem ser aplicadas em duas doses. "Todas as vacinas foram desenvolvidas em curto espaço de tempo, mas temos que avançar de maneira sustentada trazendo os pais para buscar a imunização, sem obrigá-los", destacou Queiroga. (AgBr)
