A Prefeitura Municipal do Rio Grande, através da Secretarias de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer (SCEL), Cidadania e Assistência Social (SMCAS) e Saúde (SMS), realizará no domingo, 24, a Feira de Tradições Kaingang e Guarani. O evento tem abertura às 13h e se estenderá com a programação cultural até às 18h, no Horto Municipal do Cassino. No período da tarde haverá culinária indígena, artesanato Guarani e Kaingang, além de apresentações artísticas. O Conselho Municipal dos Povos Indígenas é representado pelas aldeias: TEKOA PARÁ ROKÊ, TEKOA YYREMBÉ, GOJ TÃNH e TÂNH VE. O apoio é do Instituto Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (IFRS) – Campus Rio Grande junto ao Núcleo de Estudos Afro-Brasileiros e Indígenas (NEABI – FURG).
