Na pauta da sessão solene de posse, houve também a eleição da Mesa Diretiva da Câmara, conduzindo novamente como presidente a Vereadora Sandra Havemann.

Realizou-se no último dia 1° de janeiro de 2021, na Câmara Municipal do ChuÃ, a cerimônia de posse de Gestão Municipal 2021-2024, quando foram empossados o novo Prefeito do ChuÃ, Marco Antonio (DEM) (Reeleito), a Vice, Elisangela Caetano (PP), e os nove vereadores que irão compor a legislatura 2021-2024.
A cerimônia, devido à pandemia do novo coronavÃrus, foi restrita aos eleitos, representantes da imprensa e servidores da Casa, sendo transmitida ao vivo para a população pelo Jornal Tiempo de NotÃcias UY. Os nove vereadores que compõem a Legislatura do MunicÃpio também foram empossados, sendo eles, Sandra Havemann (DEM), Pathy Vasques (DEM), Tiago Corbo Gutierres (DEM), Chico Sena (DEM), Dilamar Mello de Brum (DEM), Sonia Caetano (PP), LuÃs Despachante (PP), Hugo David Gonzalez (PP), e Alencar Borges (PP).
Na pauta da sessão solene de posse, houve também a eleição da Mesa Diretiva da Câmara, tendo a apresentação de Chapa única foi formada pelos seguintes vereadores; novamente para o cargo de Presidente, por unanimidade, a Vereadora Sandra Havemann, do (DEM), Vice-Presidente a Vereadora Sônia Caetano (PP), e Secretário o vereador Tiago Gutierres (DEM).
