Com a liberação do CNPJ na Junta Comercial e a realização de reuniões ao longo do final de semana, a Portos RS concluiu o processo de transformação de autarquia para empresa pública e empossou sua primeira diretoria no novo formato de administração.
O ato aconteceu durante reunião do Conselho Administrativo, convocada especialmente para essa finalidade. Assumiram na função de presidente o administrador Cristiano Pinto Klinger, como diretores de Infraestrutura e Operações, os engenheiros Lucas Meurer Cardoso e Natan Colombi Martins, como diretor de Gestão, Administrativa e Financeira, o administrador João Alberto Gonçalves Júnior, e como diretor de meio ambiente, o oceanólogo Henrique Horn Ilha.
O Conselho de Administração da Portos RS é composto por pessoas com notório conhecimento no setor. São eles: Bruno Queiroz Jatene, Diogo Piloni e Silva, Eduardo Teixeira Neto, Jacqueline Andrea Wendpap, José Fernando Marchiori, Leonardo Drumond Vanzin e Thierry José da Silva Rios.
